Bio:
Recca has more than 13 years of experience in the energy and infrastructure industries. He has been a strategic adviser and long-term partner for the public and private sectors. He has advised a wide range of clients on matters not limited to corporate and commercial strategy, market and project economics, financial and risk analysis, industry policy and regulation, asset operation and management, technology innovation and evolution, as well as business analytics and modelling. On energy transition, he has been extensively engaged in decentralized energy solutions and smart technologies, as well as the associated policy and regulation. His project experience spreads across Asia Pacific, Europe, Middle East and the Americas.
