Bio:
Energy, Environmental Technology and Economics. He is currently serving as Team Leader for a 2-year EIB capacity development project for the Power Sector in Bangladesh. In 2012, he served as the Research Analyst for the Prime Minister’s Office in Bangladesh under the IFC supported Policy Coordination Committee project and has lead training in PPPs for government officials. He has served as Project Director on the Mongolia Energy Sector Master Plan for the Ministry of Mineral Resources and Energy (MMRE) and the Asian Development Bank; the Training and Curriculum Development for PPPs in India, for the Ministry of Finance (DEA) and the World Bank; and the Expanding Access to Islamic Finance for SMEs in Indonesia for the World Bank. He has significant experience in the management, strategic and institutional development, sectoral reform, and investment planning in the electricity sector.
