Bio:
Mr. Litthanoulok Laspho leads the Energy Policy Division within the Department of Energy Policy and Planning at the Lao PDR Ministry of Energy and Mines (MEM). Mr. Litthanoulok is an expert in power sector planning, policy making, and statistics management and has supported these activities for over 18 years at MEM. He also has experience cooperating with international partners including the United States Agency for International Development, the World Bank, and the Japan International Cooperation Agency. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the National University of Laos and a Master of Engineering degree from King Mongkut's University of Technology in Bangkok.
