Mr. Dreessen is a global expert in developing, financing and implementing savings-based energy efficiency projects (EEPs) at industrial facilities. His unique expertise to structure debt and equity for EEPs stems from 35 years implementing EEPs in 24 countries with ESCOs he formed in 10 countries.

He is creating new products to finance EEPs in China and Indonesia that include project-based loans, savings guarantee and expanded credit risk coverage resulting in reduced risks and transaction costs.

He serves on the Alliance to Save Energy and EVO Boards, holds a BBA in Accounting and MBA from Lamar University and is a CPA.
