KICK OFF ACEF WITH A BANG!
ACEF 2018 Registration/Networking Day and Pre-Forum Reception on 4 June
On 4 June, ADB will open its doors for ACEF participants to get ready for an exciting full week of clean energy conversations. Participants can come in the morning of 4 June to pick up their forum badge and materials, register onsite (if needed), network with other ACEF participants in the auditorium halls and start off the week at the pre-forum cocktail reception in the evening. We encourage you to take full advantage of this networking opportunity before the forum!
Onsite Registration and Forum Materials Pickup
From 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, ACEF participants who have registered for the forum in advance can come to ADB HQ to pick up their forum materials. This is highly recommended to avoid the crowds and slight delays at the front gate of ADB HQ during the first day of the forum.
Registration for Walk-in Participants
For participants who are not able to register and pay online before the start of the forum, you can register and pay onsite at the ADB HQ Visitors Registration Gate along ADB Ave, from 9:00 am - 11:00 am ONLY.
Open Networking for ACEF Participants at ADB HQ
During the day, participants can network and meet up at the venue after they register. ADB will have its auditorium halls open from 9 AM to 5:30 PM for ACEF participants for a full day of networking. There will be open tables laid out in the main auditorium for participants to exchange ideas and have side meetings right before the start of the forum. All are welcome to make use of the available space for networking activities during the entire day. We encourage participants to use the ACEF App (more to follow) and LinkedIn as a way to schedule lively discussions during this day.
To start off the week, ACEF 2018 will host a pre-forum reception in the ADB cafeteria starting at 6PM that day, 4 June. We welcome all registered participants to network with the ACEF Community in a more relaxed manner and get excited for the full week of activities. This is your chance to get a head start meeting clean energy experts from Asia and other parts of the world right before the forum kicks off.
